We've got sixteen runners set to go to post in the Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle and the leading contender is C'Est Different. The Sam Thomas-trained runner was last seen obliging at Market Rasen in a previous encounter, with an eight and a half length success being landed when being sent off at odds of 9/4.

This came after an odds-on success at Chepstow back in February, with the runner claiming this win just a handful of days after a Carlisle victory. 2025 Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle Tips

One Big Bang runs for James Owen in the Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle, with the horse having performed solidly this season. The campaign began with a runner-up spot and this was followed by another second place before a fourth-placed effort last time out when running at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day.

There’s also an interesting contender in the form of Shanagh Bob, with Nicky Henderson training a horse who has yet to show his best form this season. However, we’ve previously seen the runner score a notable success at Cheltenham in December 2023, with the charge boasting a strong pedigree and a return to form could be on the cards.

Kilbarry Hill is unbeaten in his previous three showings, with the seven-year-old having scored at Uttoxeter a few weeks ago. In a field of eight runners, the Olly Murphy-trained charge was able to win over two miles, seven and a half furlongs. There was also a previous success at Hereford and we’re interested to see how the horse performs here.

Punta Del Este is a six-year-old who might go well for Dan Skelton, with the runner finishing fifth in his previous showing. That was in a field of fourteen runners at Haydock Park, with the horse not far off the pace and there was a surprise victory at Ayr back in April when the charge was able to oblige at betting odds of 25/1.

Walking On Air is being afforded plenty of respect by the bookies when it comes to the Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle. Although the six-year-old hasn’t been in the winners’ enclosure this season, he looks to be a rock-solid each-way prospect. Consider the calibre of the opposition being faced this season and you see a horse posting strong performances.
