However, there had previously been a ninth-placed finish at the Dublin Racing Festival and punters might be looking for bigger-priced alternatives here, with Chianti Classico catching the eye.

There have been three wins from four appearances when it comes to this runner, with Kim Bailey training a runner who was able to win the Ultima Handicap Chase at the Cheltenham Festival, obliging at odds of 6/1 on that occasion. Bronn is a Willie Mullins-trained horse who is younger than many of his adversaries, with the runner finishing behind The Real Whacker and Gerri Colombe in the Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase and the horse completely outran his 50/1 odds that day. You won’t be able to get that sort of price about a six-year-old who could be a good each-way shout.
