2026 Arrowfield 3YO Sprint Betting Tips

Let's talk about Tempted. The three-year-old is now favourite for the Arrowfield Sprint and it's hardly a surprise when you consider his track record. The Godolphin horse was last seen winning at Randwick at the end of February. The 3/5 favourite was able to score in the Chase Surround Stakes and this Group One success came after a win at the same track.

In early February, there was another odds-on triumph in the Kia Ora Eskimo Prince Stakes. This Group 3 success was over six furlongs on good ground, with that coming after a second-placed finish at Randwick in October. The 15/1 shot was able to perform really well and that came in the big-money Everest which has set him up nicely for this race.

Grafterburners could take advantage if the favourite delivers an under-par performance, with the horse returning to the track after a long lay-off. There was a sixth placed finish in a field of sixteen at Eagle Farm in June, with this effort coming in the Ladbrokes J J Atkins. That came after a May effort at the same track where another solid effort was registered.

Marhoona was a March winner at Rosehill over five and a half furlongs, with the 11/1 shot able to land the spoils in the Kia Ora Galaxy. It was a short neck victory on good to soft ground, with this coming after a runner-up effort at Randwick in early March. That was in the Group 2 Challenge Stakes, with only a nose separating him from winner Generosity.
